Returns and Exchanges

Fredboutique.com is happy to offer a full refund, exchange, or online credit on any merchandise within 30 days of receipt. Items for return must be UNWORN, UNUSED, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, UNDAMAGED and with ALL tags attached. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoebox in its original condition and without postal labels. (Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange may result in a fee). All jewelry, accessories, and sale items are final sale and non-refundable and can only be exchanged for a different size when applicable. Please Note: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
